Hubei Ai Qiang Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") values the security of your personal information and privacy. This policy explains how AI CAD collects, uses, stores, and protects information, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your phone number or email address, a system-generated account identifier, and login credentials you choose to provide for registration, authentication, and account security.

CAD service content. Prompts, uploaded images or CAD files, generated models, previews, task records, and related actions needed to provide generation, storage, upload, and download features.

Clipboard use. AI CAD writes text to the clipboard only when you actively choose to copy a prompt. We do not read existing clipboard content, upload it, or collect it silently in the background.

Device and diagnostic information. Device model, operating system, app version, network status, crash data, and diagnostics used for compatibility, troubleshooting, security, and reliability. We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise location for advertising.

2. How we use information

We process information only as needed to provide account authentication, CAD generation and file management, service usage management, customer support, security, diagnostics, and legal compliance. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required if the purpose materially changes.

3. Storage and retention

Personal information is stored in the People's Republic of China. We retain it for the period necessary to provide the service. After account deletion, relevant information is deleted or anonymized except where transaction, financial, security-audit, or other records must be retained by law.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may engage cloud hosting, storage, authentication, error-monitoring, and artificial-intelligence service providers to process information only as necessary to provide AI CAD, subject to contractual and security controls. Disclosure may also occur where required by law or with your separate consent.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information; withdraw consent; or close your account. In the app, open the sidebar account area, choose Account Settings, then Cancel Account. Cancellation is irreversible, and account and service data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required.

6. Permissions

Camera, photo-library, and file permissions are used only when you choose to capture, upload, or save content. You can disable them in system settings. Disabling a nonessential permission does not affect features unrelated to that permission.

7. Security

We use HTTPS transport encryption, access controls, authentication, logging, and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and provide notice as required by law.

8. Children

The service is primarily intended for adults. Children under 14 should use AI CAD only with a guardian's involvement and consent. If we learn that children's personal information was processed without required guardian consent, we will delete it as required by law.

9. Updates

We may update this policy due to product or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another prominent channel, and renewed consent will be requested where required.
