Welcome to AI CAD, provided by Hubei Ai Qiang Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. Please read these terms before using the service. By accepting them or continuing to use AI CAD, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

AI CAD provides account access, text- or file-assisted CAD model generation, previews, storage, upload, download, and related design-workspace features. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide lawful account information and keep credentials secure. You may not lend, transfer, or use an account for unlawful activity. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, images, files, and other content are lawful and that you have the right to use them. You retain rights in lawful user content and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service. Rights in the platform software, interface, and underlying technology belong to us or their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

You may not generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attack or disrupt the service; reverse engineer protected systems; or bypass security, usage, or access controls.

5. AI-generated results

AI-generated results may contain errors and do not constitute engineering, manufacturing, safety, or other professional advice. Before fabrication or use in any important application, you must independently review dimensions, tolerances, geometry, structure, materials, safety, and fitness for purpose.

6. App Store purchases

Some capabilities may use credits or in-app purchases. Prices and rules are shown in the Apple App Store purchase interface. Apple processes those transactions under its applicable terms. This website does not provide Alipay, H5 checkout, or direct web-payment pages.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate output. Maintenance, networks, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Account cancellation

You may close your account from the app's Account Settings. Cancellation is irreversible. Account and service data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy, except where records must be retained by law.

9. Updates and governing law

We may update these terms and will provide prominent notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation, followed by a court with lawful jurisdiction if necessary.
